HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CAMP OVERNIGHT?
Please feel free to bring your tent or Campervan to the event and use our designated area. Camping tickets are available online for only £10 per van or tent.
Please note there is no overnight security at the event. The Music Barn cannot be held responsible for your welfare after the event closes at 2am.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
The event is an 18+ only event. We would love to have children invited to the event but for health and safety reasons we have to exclude them from the site. Anyway we are sure that you would like a night off - book a babysitter!
DO I NEED A TICKET?
THIS IS A TICKETED EVENT. PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE GATE WITHOUT A TICKET. YOU WILL NOT GAIN ENTRY.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND ALCOHOL?
This is a charity event with profits from the bar and food sales going to our designated charity. For this reason we ask that you do not bring your own drink into the event area. You are only harming the charity - and that ain't cool!
IS THE EVENT HELD FOR CHARITY?
We give all of our profits to a locally based charities including palliative care hospice called the Cransley Hospice in Kettering, the homeless charity Safe Until Daylight and Cranford Village Hall Trust.
IS THERE PARKING?
We have plenty of off road parking and cars can be left overnight. Please bear in mind though that the car park is not attended and so all cars are left at the drivers own discretion. The Music Barn cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft to that vehicle.
IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT CLOSE BY?
The event is held in rural East Northants. There is a day time bus service which runs between Kettering and Cranford, however, there is no night bus. The site can be reached by taxi. Please contact our chosen taxi firms KLM and Premier Taxis. There will also be a rolling taxi service at the end to night with a steady stream of taxis arriving at the Entrance gate to pick up guests.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
In our experience loud music, crowds of people and animals dont really mix. Please leave the pooches at home.
DO I NEED WELLIES?
The Event is held across 2 barns with concrete flooring along with some outside space for seating and relaxing. Unless the weather is really poor you wont need wellies, however, sturdy shoes would be advisable if you want to have a good dance!
ARE THERE ANY CASH MACHINES OR WILL YOU TAKE CREDIT CARDS AT THE BAR?
There are no ATMS at the venue. However, card payments will be accepted at the drinks token booth and some of the food traders. Please bring plenty of cash to be safe!
I'VE LOST MY TICKET!!!!
If you bought a ticket online, we can quickly send you another one. Please contact the organisers via the online ticket site.
ARE TICKETS AVAILABILE AT THE GATE?
There are no tickets available on the door! Please book your tickets in advance.
Upon entry to the site you will be given a wrist band which will allow you re-entry to the site. Please look after this wristband as you wont be served drinks or food if you dont have one!
ENTRY & SECURITY
We have friendly gate security staff, who will be there to assist with the smooth running of the event. However, we run a strict eviction policy with abusive, violent or aggresive customers evicted from the site immediately.

Cigarettes and ecigarettes - smoking and vaping is only permitted in outside areas
Blankets or folding chairs.
Hand bags and back packs; however, bags will be inspected upon entry.
Wet weather clothing; however, please note that there is no coat check
