ABOUT THE MUSIC BARN
The Music Barn Festival first took place in 2014; originally set up with the intention of raising money for a local palliative care hospice, the Cransley Hospice. We still donate to charity via the profit from our bar sales – so please give generously!!
The festival features a wide variety of music and activities, featuring some established acts rubbing shoulders with unsigned bands, from a broad spectrum of musical genres. At the event you could hear a great prog rock band or an up and coming folk band, an old skool hip hop DJ or join us in the Steelyard for some upfront house music. You can be as busy or as chilled as you want to be
We have grown every year with better acts, facilities and activities. We are planning an even bigger year for 2020 so why not come and join us!

BARS AND STALLS
There are two "house" bars at the festival serving cold beer, cider and real ales at very reasonable prices. We run a drink token system (£2 a token). All alcoholic drinks are 2 tokens and non-alcoholic drinks are 1 token. The money raised behind the bar is donated to our chosen charities so there is no need to bring your own. You are allowed to bring alcohol into the campsites, but only alcohol purchased at the bars can be drunk at the stages.
The food stalls are all selected for quality and again make a contribution to the festival so please use them! You will find a wide variety of food stalls at the event and include vegan/vegetarian options as well as taking into consideration individuals allergy concerns.
KEEP OUR COUNTRYSIDE CLEAN
In order to keep our waste from the event to a minimum we have introduced a reusable cup scheme. Cups can be bought for one token at the start of the event and then reused throughout the event. The cups are not refundable but you can use them at all Music Barn future events or at home.
Please remember the Music Barn festival is held on privately owned farming land. Please respect the owners and organisers of the event and dispose of any litter in the rubbish bins provided.
This is a glass free site. Please do not bring an glass bottles or drinking vessels onto site.
