Are you ready for the return of the Music Barn festival?
Well it looks like this might actually happen!! The government is still confident in opening up the hospitality sector from 21st June and so the Music Barn team have been putting our heads together and have decided to throw one hell of a welcome back party!
That's right. On Saturday 3rd July 2021 the Barn is open for business! The festival features a wide variety of music and activities, with established acts rubbing shoulders with unsigned bands, from a broad spectrum of musical genres. At the event you could listen to an up-and-coming rock band or maybe throw down some moves to an Old Skool hip hop DJ or just kick back in the summer sun while sipping a locally brewed cider. You can be as busy or as chilled as you want to be.
This year we have headlining the main stage one of the founders of the Ska sound TheBeat, with support from psych rockers Thee Telepaths, Northampton rockers The Keepers and electro pop duo EEVAH. In the Saloon Barn we have Too Many T's performing alongside Madame Electrifie and Bristol based trio The Scribes. The Forge Space returns with a more downtempo vibe hosting skiffle legends The Ouse Valley Singles Club, Stevie Jones and The Wildfires along with Aldous Pinch. The Steelyard we see Toy Beats play his inaugural Music Barn set alongside local legends 1905 Project and Stacy James

Alongside all this fantastic music is some delicious food and drink. We are passionate about supporting local Northamptonshire businesses whenever they can. Locally brewed cider from Bakers Bangers & Bad Boy Cider of Pipewell will be available, and food caterers include Stanley Street,, loaded Fries and BBQ from J’Niks or vegan specialists Tacos & flips Flops.
