The Music Barn Festival 2020 will be our 7th year of bringing the very best in music and fun to East Northamptonshire. This year is shaping up to be our biggest party yet!

Working at the festival is an incredible gateway to meeting new people and gaining experience of working in the events and music industry, not to mention a great way to enjoy music and unforgetable vibes that the Music Barn has to deliver. This year you can join our team on either our Stewarding or Bar team.

Stewarding Roles

We are looking for a team of stewards who will be the eyes and ears of the festival. Your role will be varied but may include managing the parking and camping areas, helping with the litter picking or assisting with stocking the various bars across the site. You will be asked to work 6 hour shift at the festival which gives you plenty of time to relax and enjoy the rest of the event. You will get free entry to the event along with a free camping pass and free refreshments during your shift.

Paid Bar Roles

We are also looking for hard working and dedicated crew to work as our core bar team. We manage all of our bars across the festival and are looking for experienced bar staff to serve drinks to our thirsty crowd. Ideally you will have worked behind a busy bar before and will not get flustered in a hectic environment. We ask that staff work an 8 hour shift across one of our 3 bars. Adequate training will be provided prior to the event.
